The Powerbrake M-Line upgrade for the Toyota Tacoma 4th Gen gives you the stopping confidence of a serious 6-piston front brake upgrade, while retaining the clean, modular structure of the M-Line product range.
Unlike a basic caliper-only conversion, this application has been engineered around a larger Powerbrake D-Line rotor set to deliver the correct rotor diameter, thickness, thermal capacity, and caliper positioning for the vehicle. The result is a more complete front axle brake upgrade with improved pedal feel, better heat management, and increased braking confidence for heavy 4WD use, towing, touring, overlanding, and larger wheel and tire setups.
This package uses the Powerbrake 6-piston M-Line caliper set together with the compulsory matched D-Line rotor set. The original OEM rotor cannot be retained on this application, as the M-Line caliper upgrade is designed specifically around the larger 354x32x83.5 mm Powerbrake rotor.
This makes the Tacoma 4th Gen M-Line package closer to a compact big brake upgrade than a traditional caliper-only M-Line conversion, giving customers a meaningful performance upgrade while still keeping the system cost-effective and serviceable.
